We know, it’s not the ideal time to talk about holidays, Christmas has just ended and most of us have already finished them and there’s still a long way to go before we can enjoy them again. But, precisely for this reason, at Mobile Diseño we think that we could do with a little escape from routine with this beautiful holiday home, even if it is only a visual escape… and who knows… a possible holiday home for Easter or summer?
We have already shown you a small sample on Instagram of this beautiful Villa, but it is worth sharing with you each room, because it is not to be missed. We hope we can transmit the same relaxation and comfort that you feel when you visit it.
This detached house was built in 1980 and was in need of a major renovation due to damp and leaks in the subfloor. On a first visit to Mobile Diseño, the client asked us for a new layout to convert the detached villa into a tourist villa. Our Refurbishment Department, and after a detailed study, we started the works.
The first impression here is important, as the surroundings of the house, the garden and its door make you want to take advantage of that finite period of time in this villa where we will find ourselves comfortable and which invites us to relax.
Surely on more than one occasion you have heard the saying: “the important thing is on the inside”, well, in Villa Pinomar, you will be impressed by both the interior and the exterior.
The entrance becomes an open space where guests can leave their luggage when they arrive, with a huge mirrored wardrobe that hides the entire electrical panel of the Villa.
The dining room, circular in shape, has a root table with a suspended lamp. A touch of colour is added to the room by the beautiful turquoise flower pots arranged in a geometric pattern on the wall.
The Villa, which can accommodate a large number of guests, had to have a large kitchen from our reference brand Key Cucine. In this case, the model chosen has an acrylic finish, one of the most resistant, especially when a house is intended for tourist use, and Coverlam Calacatta worktops. The bathrooms were made with the same material as the kitchen, using Cerámicas Dune for the cladding in a timeless and timeless neutral grey colour that will last over time.
In the living room, the dense white net curtains let in the light and, at the same time, provide the necessary intimacy to turn the house into a welcoming place.
In the five bedrooms of the villa, we proposed to the client to play with different colours and designs in the headboards, cushions and plaid, giving each of the rooms of the house its own personality. The wardrobes, all walk-in wardrobes, make it easy to keep all your clothes visible, making it easier not to forget anything when the dreaded end of the holidays arrives.
Upstairs there is a relaxation area with comfortable armchairs where you can spend time with friends and plan the next day’s activities.
Finally, the duplex has a large garden with a private swimming pool where you can enjoy the sunny days of the Costa del Sol or have fun evenings with friends. It also has a private parking area for several vehicles.
Would you like to spend a few days in this holiday home? We would love to stay and live in it.
