Complete remodeling of villa in Marbella, Costabella area

1980 Single-family house that needed a major renovation due to the dampness and filtrations of the subsoil.
The client requested a new distribution to convert the detached villa into a tourist villa.
After a detailed study by our specialists, we began working on the Villa. The entrance becomes an open space where guests can leave their luggage upon arrival, a huge closet with mirror doors conceals the entire electrical panel of the villa.
The circular shaped dining room, with a round table and a suspended lamp. This room was given a turquoise touch with planters and ferns arranged in a geometric pattern.
In order to accommodate more tenants, we fitted the house with a large kitchen of our reference brand Key Cucine. The chosen model has an acrylic finish, one of the most resistant ones, and Countertops by Coverlam Calacatta.
In the living room, thick white curtains let in some light and, at the same time, provide the necessary privacy to turn the house into a cozy place.
The bathrooms were made with the same material as the kitchen. For the coating we used the Cerámicas Dune brand, Smoke rec and Hipster model. Neutral and timeless gray color.
For the Villa`s five bedrooms, we play with different colors and designs for the headboards, cushions and plaid in order to differentiate the bedrooms. The wardrobes are all open shelves and the clothes are visible so you wont forget anything before you leave.
On the top floor we have a chill out area with comfortable chairs where you can share special moments with friends and family.
Finally, the duplex has a large garden with a private pool where you can enjoy sunny days in the Costa del Sol or fun evenings with friends. In addition, there is a private parking area for several vehicles.
