REMODELLING PROJECT IN THE EMBLEMATIC AREA OF LAS CHAPAS, MARBELLA

This project is a comprehensive reform carried out in several phases in an apartment located in the Las Chapas,Marbella.

The customers came to our store for the purchase of a new living room for their home, but they felt so comfortable with our service that, without hesitation, they decided to renovate their entire home.

In the master bedroom we have done some carpentry work designing cabinets that combine with the rest of the furniture. In addition, there is a huge terrace where we placed an ideal “Margarita” lounger by Fendi Casa.
Shortly after we renovated another one of the bedrooms. This time we gave it a modern look with turquoise tones, a tufted bed, Chivasso woven cushions by Jab Anstoenz Group and a turquoise dresser by Creazioni. The main wall was designed with a feathers pattern wallpaper by Mathew Williamson.
Then we did the remodeling of various bathrooms in the house. The main one in the bedroom maintained the turquoise tones of the room. The washbasin designed with a champagne color glass creates a nice contrast. The mosaic taupe color Dune Ceramic tiles, “Pandora” model. The floor is designed with large slabs imitating B-Plus Baldocer stone of the brand “Bayona sylver natural”.
The lighting was done with back lit leds, the faucet is Grohe and the shower with chromotherapy, therapy based on the benefits transmitted by color.
On other bathrooms in the house we followed a copper colored design line. Also with handcrafted mosaic tiles and a mixture of irregular tesserae elaborated with rich brown and white marbles.

In the stairwell we place a back lit mirror and lamps by “Flama de la Murrina”, a brand that symbolizes excellence in the world of furniture and interior design with their unique glass products. This space has also been equipped with an armchair by Larraga with black astrakhan fabric of DRT with tacks and “Animal print” velvet fabric by Jab Anstoenz Group.

The wall has been lined with Versace and Omexco wallpapers with a chromatic combination that make the window stand out. The lamp is made with Murano glass in caramel color with Swarovski sconces.
The living area also has a niche lined with Omexco wallpaper that houses an marble emperor sculpture, supported by a stainless steel V-foot design.

Another one of the bathrooms, on the ground floor, is finished in gold and white marble, with Grohe Eurocube Joy white faucets and back-lit mirrors by Mi baño. The sliding doors are made of glass by Henry Glass.
The walls are covered with a mosaic of Ceramicas Dune, “Glass mirror”, and on the floor we have placed another “Krypton” model glass mosaic with a beautiful textured background in silver tones. The ceiling is illuminated with Swarovski crystal stars.
In the corridors we have done some plaster work on the ceiling to create back lit and adjustable lighting.

Finally, the living room, our clients’ initial project and thanks to which we were able to offer them a comprehensive reform service to adapt the whole house and customize it to their taste. The brand we used for the dining room is Soher.
The residence also has a covered terrace, equipped with armchairs and Raush table and Expormin ceiling lamp.
