COMPLETE REMODELING OF VILLA IN MARBELLA, COSTABELLA AREA.

Single 1980`s family house that needed a major reform due to the humidity and filtration problems.
The client requested a new distribution to convert the detached villa into a tourist village.
The entrance has been built as an open space where you can leave your suitcases and beach gear. Here We can also find a closet with full mirror doors.
The circular shaped dining room is composed of a main table with a suspended lamp. Turquoise planters with ferns arranged in a geometric pattern give a touch of color to the area.
We needed a large kitchen to welcome as many tenants as possible, and for this we used our represented brand: Key Sbabo in acrylic finish, one of the most resistant materials with counter tops by Coverlam Calacatta.
In the living room, we used thick white curtains to let in some light and at the same time have some privacy.
The bathrooms were made with the same material, from Ceramicas Dune, Smoke rec and Hipster models. We used neutral and timeless gray colors
In the villa´s five bedrooms, we played with different colors, headboard designs, cushions and plaid. In this way we differentiated the bedrooms. We used dressing cabinets so that the clothes are easily accessible
On the top floor we have the leisure and resting area, with comfortable chairs where you can share good times with friends and plan your activities for the next days.
