Jardines de Santa María Apartment

Comprehensive house reform in a spacious two-storey townhouse located in Jardines de Santa María. We have transformed a space without personality and not very functional into a modern and cosy home that breathes light and modernity. The key to this reform has been the redistribution of space and the choice of materials in accordance with the client’s style.

For this project we have opted for an American kitchen, which integrates perfectly with the dining room and the living room, creating an atmosphere of open and bright spaces. As a central element we have a white marble island that has a wooden breakfast bar and some high yellow stools that add a modern touch to the room.

On the upper floor, the bedrooms have been designed to be ample and spacious, with large windows allowing natural light to enter. To provide a touch of colour and personality, we have chosen decorative details in vibrant colours like cushions, rugs and paintings.

The bathrooms have also been renovated focusing on functionality and aesthetic, with light tiles to provide a fresh and clean atmosphere. The details of the lights create a much more modern and elegant environment.
